Project Overview

Project: Feel The Vibe is a third-person action game prototype focused on fast-paced combat and modular gameplay systems. Players switch between different combat stances, manage resources, and adapt to enemy encounters using a mix of melee and ranged tools.

Rather than building a single isolated mechanic, this project was developed as a complete, playable experience, allowing systems to interact and evolve together through iteration and playtesting.

Project Goals

This project was created as a focused opportunity to strengthen my game design skill set through hands-on development and iteration.

  • Build a complete, playable game experience from concept to release

  • Practice designing modular gameplay systems that could be iterated on independently

  • Improve my ability to test, refine, and balance mechanics based on feel

  • Develop stronger end-to-end ownership skills while working solo
